The Elizabeth Gordon Gallery will present an exhibition of work by Candace Charlton and Sandi Beukes from April 15 to May 2.

Candace Charlton focuses on the female form, particularly portrait imagery, and her work is always in good demand at this gallery. Candace is now living in Holland where she plans to exhibit in October On a recent trip home to Durban to visit to her parents she was able to produce some work for this exhibition and the gallery promises that she is “still painting oils of ethereal women that are very beautiful.”

Sandi Beukes is a fairly new face on the arts scene. Like Candace, she paints in oils but her subject matter is very different. She paints simple but charming landscapes of Tuscany as well as focusing on Parisian café scenes.

The gallery will be open from 11h00 to 14h00 on April 15 and the exhibition runs until May 2.
