BigWood is the brainchild of graphic designer Trevor Paul, and restaurant owner Anna Savage.

In a nutshell, it is a loose collective of graphic designers, illustrators, deejays, musicians and other talented people based in Durban that will collaborate on a regular basis.

Anna Savage's vibey restaurant and gallery space; Manna, has become the staple for Durban's more informed crowd. It played host to BigWood's launch this month and the introduction of an on-going display of Durban's talented creatives will only serve to strengthen this hip restaurant's well deserved spot on Durban's A-list.

BigWood focuses on the bold, the contemporary and the unusual. It is about playful irreverence, quirkiness, and never taking yourself too seriously. More information at www.bigwood.co.za
