Exciting and extraordinary is the observation and detail of the Botanical artworks on show from the Botanical Artists Association of Southern Africa (BAASA) at the Botanic Society’s Annual Plant Fair Sales on September 2 and 3 on Munni sports fields on Sydenham Road in Durban.

The artworks are executed in a variety of mediums, oil, pastel, crayon and watercolours. Different artists approach their works in several styles, some abstracted and painted for the sheer joy of flowering plants.
