The website www.african-artist.co.za offers a place on the Internet to all artists resident in Southern Africa. Many artists cannot afford the costs entailed in owning or leasing their own gallery, studio or shop and are struggling to survive.

african-artist aims to enable as many of these artists as possible to uplift themselves financially, be recognized nationally and internationally, and allow the rest of the world to share their enormous artistic talent through the medium of the Internet.

All artists are invited to contact african-artist on e-mail at webmaster@african-artist.co.za or call Hazel Munro on 072 244 9088. Once the artist has made contact, african-artist will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss requirements. Please supply relevant phone and fax numbers and e-mail address.

www.african-artist.co.za is currently home to michele batchelder, Wendy Mills, Lungelo Gumede, Nicky Tshovua and Siyabonga Sikhosana.
