Well-known Westville art personality Gail Jolly has retired. She was the director and sole proprietor of The Gallery in Westville since 1981 until she was joined by partner Gwen Ireland in 1985. Together the pair established a reputation for reliable friendly service and ingenious custom framing. However, it’s business as usual at the gallery with a sale opening on March 18.
