The Blue Caterpillar Art Gallery is hosting an exhibition by Tim Quirke until February 8. Tim was born in Durban but is currently based in Pietermaritzburg. He travelled around South Africa doing commercial art before lecturing in art at the Witwatersrand Technikon for 14 years. Thereafter Tim moved to Ixopo to concentrate on his own art for several years before buying a house in Pietermaritzburg where he offers private art and sculpture lessons.

The exhibition features a series of portraits as well as garden scenes and sculpture. For enquiries contact Jeni on 033-3871356 or art@butterflies.co.za
