A solo exhibition by Mfundo Xaba titled Found is currently running at Bean Bag Bohemia.

“My work revolves around issues of constructing and deconstructing private spaces. It investigates the way in which these spaces confront us as comforting, safe, confining and awkward,” explains Mfundo. “Within the surface of the domesticated found materials the prints infuse and detach themselves as enigmatic objects that hover around being precious and being “throw-aways”.

The exhibition runs until January 30. More information from curator Tamlyn Martin on 084 585 5995.
