Amarildo Alberto is one of the BAT Centre’s resident artists. His flamboyant and vibrant large works, mainly in pastels and oils, are full of fun, energy and vitality – his trademark being swirling figures with a dreamlike quality.

This popular young Mozambican artist will present an exhibition titled Hodi? (May I Come In?) at the Alliance Française in Sutton Crescent from January 18. The exhibition will be held in association with the BAT Centre.
