On August 2 the BAT Centre will celebrate its tenth birthday. As part of the celebrations the centre has collected together works from various artists who have exhibited at BAT in the last ten years and these will be exhibited together with items from the BAT Centre’s permanent collection.

The centre provides a platform from many contemporary artists working within the field of visual arts. It bridges the gap between self-taught and professionally-trained artists and is an extension of the valuable role that the BAT Centre plays in the field of Visual Arts.

The collection includes works by Andrew Verster, Anthony Starkey, Lola Frost, Zama Dunywa and many more.

The exhibition takes up both venues - Menzi Mchunu and Democratic Galleries – and closes on August 15. More information from 031 332 0451.
