The NSA’s Park Gallery will shortly host a selection of works on and with paper, including drawings, paintings, prints, photographs and sculptures. Under the curatorial guidance of Storm Janse van Rensburg and Nathi Gumede, a number of Durban artists were invited to contribute to this exhibition. It is intended that the show challenge some of the traditional possibilities and uses of the medium, but will also include more tempered usage of the flat white stuff.

Participating artists include Simmy Dullay, Dineo Bopape, Ros Sarkin, Michael Croeser, Karen Tillbury, Kim Longhurst, Anette Norval and Sifiso Yalo amongst others.

The exhibition runs from April 19 until May 8, 2005. More information from NSA curator Storm Janse van Rensburg on 031 202 3686, fax 031 201 8051, or e-mail: curator@nsagallery.co.za
