Due to public demand, the NSA Collector’s Exhibition in the Park Gallery has been extended until April 17.

The NSA Gallery offers art collectors and owners an opportunity to put works on sale at the gallery for this period. Always inundated with requests from collectors to re-sell work, the gallery offers collectors the chance to display their pieces and possibly find a buyer. Following the success of a similar exhibition last year, the Gallery is repeating the show to support the circulation and collection of works of art in the city of Durban.

There is still some very interesting works available, including an outstanding work by Penny Siopis titled The Slab. This work dates back from a series made by the artist in the early 80’s and is a signature piece. Also on show is a beautiful little painting by Cecil Skotnes, a drawing by Cecily Sash, a print by Malcolm Christian and numerous others.

The exhibition closes on April 17 at noon. More Information from NSA curator Storm Janse van Rensburg on 031 202 3686, fax 031 201 8051, or e-mail: curator@nsagallery.co.za
