Art Promotions in Schagen are inviting interested artists to submit their work for Art Promotions’ first overseas exhibition. “We have been invited to mount an exhibition of African Wildlife art at a well established (30 years) gallery overseas,” explains a representative of the company. “We are looking at a range of SA art that is of international quality and represents a full range of the talent that SA has to offer.”

Artists are requested to submit photographs, sizes of the paintings framed (all paintings must be framed) and prices in Rand. Also required is the artist’s background and a short CV for the first judging to take place at the end of February 2000. Art Promotions hope to have an overseas exhibition at least once a year.

Information should be posted to Art Promotions, PO Box 143, Schagen, 1207. Ensure that a return address and contact telephone number is clearly stated. Details from (013) 752-2306 (14h30 to 16h00 daily).
