Currently exhibiting at the Blue Caterpillar gallery at Butterflies for Africa is Pietermaritzburg-born Jon Eiselin who lives in the Netherlands. His work features vibrant use of colour and symbols such as light, air, water, animals, landscape and vegetation. Although he no longer lives in South Africa his work has many references to the vastness and diversity of Southern African nature.

The Gallery, at 37 Willowton Road, is open during business hours, Tuesday to Sunday. For more information, contact the gallery 033 3871356 or email: art@butterflies.co.za
