Ezequiel Mabote is a popular woodcut print artist currently working at the BAT Centre’s Visual Artists Studio. Having held a successful exhibition in June at BAT’s Intensive Care Café, he will now show his works in the Democratic Gallery from November 9 until mid December.

For a self-taught artist with no formal training, Ezequiel’s work has continued to impress since his arrival in Durban earlier this year. He is a meticulous in his work and his woodcut coloured prints are beautifully presented.
