An interesting exhibition of a wide range of media will be on show at the Tatham Art Gallery in Pietermaritzburg from November 26 to December 12 when Jabulani Mhlabini and Zakhele Hlatshwayo exhibit their work.

Taught by his mother, ceramist Jabulani Mhlabini has been working solo for more than ten years. His sculptures, figurative wall plaques and domestic vessels are characterised by bright colours and exaggerated, even comical, features. Zakhele Hlatshwayo studied at the Ndaleni Teacher's Training College. He is a sculptor and printmaker as well as being a published author of several educational textbooks and dramatic works.
