The Elizabeth Gordon Gallery is to host the first solo exhibition of Durban artist Coral Spencer. The exhibition will be opened on October 29 at 18h00 by Tony Starkey, Dean of Arts, Durban Instituite of Technology.

Currently a full time artist, Coral Spencer graduated in 1986 with a diploma in Fine Art from Technikon Natal (now DIT) under Tony Starkey.

The exhibition is titled Body Language and is a reflection of her interest in the human form and human condition. Using and working with light is a fascination for Coral and the combination of these interests are subtly translated into her works.

The exhibition runs until November 8.
