The next meeting of the Upper South Coast Art Association (USCAA) will take place on October 7 in the Activities Room at the Amanzimtoti Library at 18h45. Dr Oets of the local Photography Club will do a presentation on how a photographer goes about creating a masterpiece. The theme for the evening's competition is “colour”.

The work of USCAA members will be on display at Lords and Legends in Amanzimtoti from October 2 to 5, organised by Amanzimtoti Lighthouse Hospice.

At the association’s display at the Seadoone Shopping Mall in early September USCAA raised R3,600 for Operation Bobbi Bear, the local NGO that deals with child abuse.
