artSPACE Durban (aSd) is a new initiative in Durban that recently opened its doors. ASd is housed in a light industrial area off Umgeni Road, near Windermere Centre.

aSd is contained on the upper floors of a three-story warehouse. On the first floor is the main exhibition space (approx 180 sq.metres) with a smaller exhibition space (approx 40 sq.metres) nearby.

The second floor houses the open-plan studio spaces (approx 20 sq.metres each) which are available to rent as workspaces. It is a light and airy space with views of the new Suncoast Casino, the ocean and the Berea.

The exhibition spaces can be activated for a multitude of uses from a dinner party, for launching a product, a musical event or a fashion show. Let your imagination run free.
