Isaac Sithole is a young artist who is currently working in colour reduction woodcut techniques.

He will be exhibiting at The African Art Centre from May 21 where he will show his new work.

Isaac is inspired by daily events in the lives of village people. He is sensitive to dramatic events such as the Mozambique floods. One of his works shows the amazing feat of a woman giving birth in a tree. He also depicts animals and birds in highly decorative settings of plants and the landscape.
