Celebrate Christmas with some of the finest songs ever written together with the cast of the Dockyard Supper Theatre at Durban’s Point Waterfront and Hollywood Rocks.

“A right royal feast of entertainment awaits you this festive season,” says Dockyard’s Stuart Mey. “Over the years the movie industry has given the world some of the finest songs ever written. In some cases, it is difficult to distinguish whether the movie or the song is better known.”

With the title Hollywood Rocks Dockyard Theatre audiences can expect some of the silver screen’s most memorable tunes. The programme comprises a compilation of songs from the Bond films as well as Grease, Dirty Dancing and Saturday Night Fever as well as numbers from the more modern classics such as Bridget Jones’ Diary, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Pretty Woman, Risky Business, Shrek, The Commitments and many others.

Known for its high quality of music and accurate reproduction of the original sound the regular Dockyard show-band will take to the stage accompanied by four vocalists.
