Marking her return to the Playhouse Cellar venue since her productions Airotica and in 1995, Denise Britz has devised, directed and choreographed a new show titled Livin’ la Vida Latino. Due to open on March 30, it is described as a sexy and colourful show that follows the style of such popular performers as Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez and Enrique Iglesias.

Livin’ la Vida Latino stars vocalists Mac Harris who is also a freestyle dance champion and Smiley Kunene who was seen in Gcina Mhlophe’s charming Mata-Mata at the Playhouse over the festive season. They will be backed by dancers Priscilla Watson, Nicky Kennedy, Denya Maslen, Dany Lea Green and Byron Swart. The music will be provided by backing tracks supplied by De Wet Wraight and Dawn Thompson. Book at Computicket.
