Under My Skin enjoyed much success at The Hilton Arts Festival where Brendan Jury performed it solo. Now joining him in donning suits and taking on the songs of Frank Sinatra will be Tim Wells who recently completed a successful run in Concert Fever.

The two performers are old friends, having performed together since their student days, and in the popular The Pianomen’ for which Brendan won an FNB Vita Award. Tim is also the recipient of three FNB Vita Award nominations.

The two musicians promise to pay tribute to “Old Blue Eyes” in the truest possible sense. “The aim is not to try to be Sinatra, to impersonate him but to be true to the music and the style of the era,” says Tim. “We will keep things simple, strong and straight! Just like the men of the time tried to be. The songs speak for themselves and what you will get is two singers who have paid their dues, dressed in black and ready to swing!”.

Under My Skin runs from February 20 until March 9. Bookings from Gita on 031 333-6000. Tickets include a three course meal.
