Blu at 226 Stamford Hill Road is more than just a night club. It is rapidly developing a reputation as an entertainment venue, with its separate cocktail lounge providing the perfect atmosphere for commercial shows and live performance. A separate bar, toilets, a raised stage and a comfortable tables and chairs arrangement provide the necessary ingredients for informal entertainment opportunities.

So far Blu has showcased a diverse collection of productions on Wednesday nights only. These have included Rewind To Blu (a cabaret), Two For The Price Of None, Comin’ Atcha (comedies) and a few live music events.

The Blu management team would like to further develop the potential of this venue as an entertainment hotspot and are currently looking for new acts for 2002. With enough interest, Blu are hoping to run shows throughout the week.
