Cape Town's dynamic drag duo Mince returns to the Langoustine Theatre by the Sea for four shows only from October 24 to 27 with the best of Mince in Immaculate Collection which will celebrate their 500th show in Durban.

By popular demand, this production celebrates five years of Mince and features favourites from Choice Mince, Pure Mince, Fresh Mince, the Mince Supermodels of the World, and the recent Licence to Mince. The overall feel is Sexy (with a capital "S"), definitively stylish and with serious attitude.

The production also uses high-tech video clips and slides to add to the already slick and sophisticated feel of the show

Some of the numbers in Immaculate Collection include Blind Date by Barbra Streisand; two numbers by soulful seductress Eartha Kitt; Anastacia doing her hit song - I'm Outta Love and a Rocky Horror Picture Show number. With slinky new costumes, clever lighting, and excellent choreography, the show is funky and vibrant.

Immaculate Collection is a celebration of female vocalists from around the world. It features well-heeled dames of deception, Keiron Legacy (Martin) and Lilly Slaptsilli (Clive) - two female impersonators - or drag artists as they are more commonly known. Their super-slick shows have been staged regularly in Durban during the past few years to capacity houses and standing ovations. They have become an institution in Cape Town, regularly performing their popular Mince shows to full houses at "On Broadway" in Cape Town since May 1997.

This one is not to be missed! There are four performances only so early booking is advised through the Lango on (031) 563-7324 or through Computicket. Tickets R120 (include a three-course meal)
