The Langoustine by the Stage will host Millennium Meltdown from August 17 when Duncan Royce and Kate Bruce start counting down the musical hits to welcome in the year 2000 with a show they have devised and written together. Kate Bruce appears in the show with Liesl Coppin, Tim Wells and Percy Smith with special guest appearance by "The Computer".

The story follows four young actors who are employed by multi-billionaire and unofficial controller of the human race, William Fence of MacroHard Productions, to perform in The Millennium Meltdown Show. The show, sound, lighting, costume, and format has been designed and is controlled by the computer Intel E Gent which views humans with great disdain. However disaster is soon to strike in the form of the infamous Y2K virus!
