Daniel Millar is the son of Keith and Beverly Millar, Keith being well-known to anyone who has had dealings with the technical side of the SABC in Durban through Radio Broadcast Facilities (RBF).

Daniel is battling with an aggressive form of Hodgkins Disease and faces an uphill climb towards remission. If all goes well, he will need a bone marrow transplant. By a small miracle, his brother Michael is a perfect tone marrow match. However, the medical costs are escalating at an alarming rate so ex SABC colleagues of Keith have started a fundraising initiative whereby monies can be deposited in the Daniel Millar Fund which has been generated for this purpose.

There will be a special fund-raising performance for Daniel of Natural Woman at The Barnyard Theatre at Gateway on February 2, with tickets at R100 per person booked on 082 572 1130 or 083 645 8709.
