It's been a few months since the group Manchuri Resin have been busy on the gig scene as they’ve been busy recording their second album. Manchuri Resin released their first album in 1997 and this was followed by a limited edition EP titled without carol in late 1998. The new album, due for release in August, consists of 8 tracks including slow down. It was recorded at Dog Ear Studios in Westville, Durban, and features some of the band’s newer material.

If you have Squeaky Dirty Clean, the bands first album, you’ll be in for a surprise as the new material on eric amplifier is definitely different to most pre-released Manchuri Resin.
