Muzi Phewa of MC Promotions is planning African Vertex promotion and showcase of Maskanda music. "The programme features the music that is filled with the rich culture of the kingdom of the Zulu, where performers wear animal skin attire doing a Zulu traditional dance backed by the band" says Muzi.

African Vertex is aimed at the tourist market and a diverse community of KZN who have an interest and need to experience Zulu cultural music.

A proposed venue is the Luthuli Room at the City Hall and performances will take place weekly, on Fridays, from 19h30.

Muzi Phewa is looking for funding for his project. If you can help contact him on (031) 670-4086, fax (031) 332-2213 or e-mail him at batcntre@mweb.co.za
