Alternative folk, acoustic rock, pop and country singer, Duncan Ebedes moved to Durban from Johannesburg in 2006. In Johannesburg he worked with Benjy Mudie’s record label Fresh Music with sensations like Blk Sonshine and Nianell.

In 2003 he launched his debut album, Independent Thinking with his first single, Hold Me becoming an instant success country-wide. Duncan is one of only a handful of South African artists to have four songs from his album play-listed on four different radio stations at the same time.

He regularly performs in venues in and around Durban such as Remos at Mount Edgecombe, Casa de LM and Europa (both at Heritage Market); and La Strada in Hillcrest.
