The search is on for Rocky, the perfect man created by Frank ‘n Furter, for the musical The Rocky Horror Picture Show which opens at The Victory Theatre in Johannesburg in February next year.

If you’re “a weakling weighing ninety-eight pound” (to quote the song), then this isn’t the role for you. But if you’re a strong man who glistens and gleams, then the producers of the riotous upcoming production of The Rocky Horror Picture Show are looking for you.

Those who think they fit the bill don’t have to eat nutritious high protein and swallow raw eggs ... to build up their shoulders, chest, arms, and... legs. What they do have to do is be able to do press-ups, and chin-ups as well as sing and dance!

Auditions will place on November 28 and 29 at The Victory Theatre in Johannesburg and all those gorgeous muscular specimens out there who can dance and sing can email their CV and a recent photograph to Tamaryn Petersen at tamaryn@wirelesszar.co.za
