Jazz enthusiasts can look forward to a fabulous line-up of jazz performers and performances over the next few months. Make a date every last Sunday of the month for some of the best jazz on the east coast

The next All That Jazz takes place on March 4. First up will be Sweet Concept which was formed early last year and features five young musicians on a mission. The group includes Siya Mtetwa on piano, his older brother Bheka Mtetwa on bass, Siyanda Zulu on trumpet, Thabani Gapara on saxophone and Leroy Khumalo on drums. They work together to create a vibrant live performance and a repertoire which includes original music with a unique flavour.

The Main Event will be the Melvin Peters Quartet. Well-known piano maestro Melvin Peters kicks off the jazz sessions at Suncoast with some real jazz winners. With his nimble fingers and a repertoire that easily encompasses Latino, mainstream, contemporary and traditional Peters always astounds and pleases jazz lovers. He will be joined by Jeff Robinson on saxophone and flute, Philani Ngidi on bass and Sean Petersen on drums.
