Channel O, M-Net’s premier music channel will support the Southern African Music Conference in Johannesburg from April 3 to 8, in association with YFM and DeeJays United. The conference will play host to industry experts from around the globe, in an effort to promote the rich diversity of music in Southern Africa.

Channel O’s involvement will include live interviews, edited highlights from the seminars and a workshop on music video production which will give bands the chance to find out how they can get their video on air.

After Midem in January and the Miami Music festival in March, the Southern Africa Music Conference is set to draw major players in the industry as the third big music conference of the year. Channel O is available on Channel 87 on the DStv bouquet.
