The Westville Theatre Club will hold auditions for their March production, A Touch Of Broadway on January 15 and 16.

The production will be devised and directed by Devin Möller with choreography by Andrea Zorab-Kaminski.

The WTC is looking for five male singers, five female singers and five lead dancers. Singers need to prepare a one-minute solo with a CD backing track and dancers need to prepare a one minute dance.

As this is a musical, those wishing to audition must be able to sing or dance. They need to have a passion for performing* and must be available to attend some weekend rehearsals till the show opens. Rehearsals will take place twice weekly from January 23 to March 18. Auditionees must be available to do the show every evening and weekend from March 14 to 18.

Auditions will be held at the Club House in Attercliff Road in Westville (next to the swimming pool) on January 15 at 14h00 and again on January 16 at 19h00.

*NB: The Westville Theatre Club is a non-professional (amateur) organisation in the sense that performers do not get paid for rehearsals or appearances.
