The New Apostolic Church has been making waves in the Western Cape music stores following the release of their Massed Male Choir's new CD Stout-Hearted Men. The first shipment of CD's sold out within hours of the music stores receiving their stocks several weeks ago and the album reached the top sales spot in Cape Town outlets. It is also placed at No.3 on Musica's Nationwide Chart, even though the album's placing is only based on its Western Cape sales, the first time that a choral CD has hit this position

The choir featured on the CD comprises almost 10,000 male voices recorded live in the Good Hope Centre in Cape Town. It also includes pieces recorded by a 100-voice choir, a 16-piece ensemble and a quartet. Featuring are two tracks by a boys choir from Cape Town, recorded in the Caprivi town of Katima Mulilo in Namibia. Nebula BOS Records will release the CD in the other provinces before Christmas.
