Supported by the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Arts, Culture and Tourism, The WOZA Summer Concert forms the first in a series of seasonal concerts on the deck at Wilson’s Wharf.

Taking place on December 6, it will feature the Durban City Orchestra conducted by Philipp Maier with well-known Durban theatre personalities Themi Venturas, Melanie Roberts, Arnie Field, Angela Dodds, Cedric Vandenschrik, Nothando Ngubane, Adhir Kalyan and the cast of Nunsense.

The programme offers classical Christmas favourites alongside numbers such as The Star Wars Suite, We Are the Champions, Africa and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

The concert will be used to raise funds for the DCO and the Performing Arts Network of South Africa (PANSA). Those attending will be asked to make a donation – however large or small.
