Just in time for the July break, the Catalina Youth Mentorship Programme at the Catalina will be staging an entertaining Roald Dahl compilation entitled Dah-Lings.

This is the second successful semester of the Catalina Youth Mentorship Programme and after a 16 week session of lectures and workshops, the budding thespians proudly present this compilation of Roald Dahl’s most loved characters.

Dah-Lings is a musical with loads of audience participation. Audience should expect to meet the BFG, James from the Giant Peach, George, Aunts Spiker and Sponge, Augustus Gloop, Mr Willy Wonka and Charlie, Oompa Loompas, Miss Honey and Sophie. The characters need to invent ways to return to the safety of the children's bedroom and of course where they all belong, in the story books.

Dah-Lings runs from July 12 to 18 only at 10h00 at Catalina Theatre, Wilson’s Wharf. Tickets R25 throughout. Book at Catalina on 031 305 6889.
