The Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre has announced that Joseph Clark - The Music of Queen will be playing from March 9 for a limited number of performances only.

The show features a selection of Queen's music, powerfully performed by Joseph Clark and accompanied by virtuoso Nathan Smith, on lead guitar. In September last year, The Music of Queen played for one night only as part of a fund-raising drive for St Mary's Hospital, and the capacity crowd gave the performers standing ovations.

The show’s jam-packed content will delightfully suprise you and is definately a must-see, as indicated by Holger-Julian Kopp (Pop Music Factory, Hamburg, Germany): "Clark is a sensational figure, an explosive performer! The singer in the world to do justice to Freddie Mercury!"

Tickets R75 (R60 students, scholars and pensioners) for performances: March 9 at 19h00 (fundraiser for St Mary's Hospital); March 10 to 13 at 20h00 and March 14 at 19h00. There is no performance on March 11.

Tickets are available at the door from one hour before show time, and advance booking may be done through Computicket, credit card bookings on 011 340 8000 or through www.computicket.com Groups of 20 or more qualify for a rate of R55 per ticket.
