The Rainbow Restaurant and Jazz Club in Pinetown will host the five piece Afro-jazz group Iva on July 6.

Iva so impressed the Rainbow audience during a performance in May that they’ve been invited back for another performance. As this is a departure from the normal date and time for Rainbow gigs, there there is a small ticket price. “If the event is successful, it will lead to more concerts taking place on Sundays without having to rely on the sponsorship that we do receive from Castle Milk Stout,” says joint owner Neil Comfort.

Doors open at noon and the first set starts at 13h00. Tickets R10. Contact Neil Comfort on 083 463 8044 or e-mail: bandwagon@artslink.co.za
