The free lunch-hour concert on April 10 on the City Hall Steps at 12h45 presented by the Durban Arts Association and supported by the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund features curtain raiser High Class Dancers and main attraction Ozi Msuthu.

High Class Dancers is a dance group from Kwa Makhutha, South of Durban. They sing Kwaito music accompanied by Kwaito dance. The group was formed by brother and sister Thulani Mathatha and Snethemba Mathatha in 1999 and were later joined by Sthembiso Mthombeni. They have been performing at the township events and special functions.

Ozie Msuthu is a reggae music group, which is named after its leader Ozie Msuthu who founded it in 1982 in Kwa Mashu. The 20-year-old group consists of 9 members. It has performed in many cross cultural exchange programmes such as the Trans Africa Tour which toured all over Africa. They performed in New York where they recorded a CD with another Rastafarian, Fayawaya from Canada.

Their debut album titled African People was recorded in 1984 and received a gold disc-selling award in 1989 for the album titled Peace and Togetherness.
