Casual Day is a fundraising project benefiting persons with disabilities, including physical disabilities, blindness, deafness, epilepsy and mental disability. The event calls on all South Africans to dress differently (sporty, stylish or silly) on the first Friday of September each year. The project is managed by The National Council for Persons with Physical Disabilities in SA and is organized annually by the staff members of The Marketing Team (Pty) Ltd.

The project is proudly supported by Absa, by means of providing the infrastructure for sticker distribution and sales.
