Gauloises Freedom of Expressions is to introduce to South Africa, for the first time ever, the Gauloises Ad-eaters. This event, extremely popular in France, and known as La Nuit des Publivores (Night of the Ad-eaters), is ‘a crazy night’ where the public decides what’s hot and what’s not in the world of advertising. It is an evening of glamour, glitter and controversy.

The six hour long screening of the world’s best advertising commercials will be judged by the audience’s spontaneous reaction and thus maximum participation and interaction is encouraged and enjoyed by the audience. The Gauloises Ad-eaters will be screened at the Baxter Theatre, Cape Town, on June 25 and 26 and in the Wits Great Hall, Johannesburg, on July 2 and 3. Tickets at Computicket for R50.
