A compilation of tried-and-tested main course recipes contributed by Friends of the Tatham Art Gallery (FOTAG), and illustrated by the Gallery’s Director, Brendan Bell, to be published in September 2001. This two-volume medley contains dishes for humble family suppers and more fulsome dining events. Comments by contributors suggest that, for both vegetarians and carnivores, eating good home-cooked food with family and friends is still an essential and enjoyable social activity.
