Andre the High-Flying Hypnotist is always a popular show and this humorous entertainer will appear at the Hexagon Theatre in Pietermaritzburg on May 11 and 12 and in the Playhouse Drama in Durban from May 17 to 31.

"My show is a fast-moving outrageously funny production involving audience participation," said André and from the minute he walks on stage, the audience is immediately transported into a world of make-believe where people vanish, chairs float, men give birth to babies, awesome roller coaster rides are taken and the craziest haircuts are cool.

It has been said that André is funny but his audiences are even funnier. Every show is different because the people on stage and their reactions differ. A protegé of the late Max Collie, he studied hypnotism as well as psychology in Britain and the United States. He is also chairman of the local branch of the British Council of Professional Stage Hypnotics.
