Michael Mthembu has been appointed the retail and entertainment executive of Ocean Action beach festival, the Easter Affair and Michaelmas Mania which attract in the region of 1.2 million, 300 000 and 200 000 people respectively. His job is to provide non-stop entertainment at the various beach festivals as well as tapping into the region’s cultural diversity and grassroots talent.
