Suncoast Casino & Entertainment World (Suncoast) is abuzz with entertainment and leisure options for the entire family until April 14. One of the most exciting additions to the holiday menu is the launch of SEGWAY kzn at Suncoast.

Suncoast is offering excursions around the Suncoast complex. Prices start at R40 for the Boulevard Tour which lasts about 10 minutes and R80 for the full Complex Tour which lasts about 30 minutes. All tours are led by a SEGWAY guide. Anybody can ‘ride’ a SEGWAY following a brief introductory lesson by the trained staff on hand.

SEGWAY kzn owner, Mike Reeves is currently in discussions with Durban Metro Police to gain permission to extend the tour operation from Suncoast, down Durban's Golden Mile, to uShaka Marine World.

SEGWAY represent the world’s only self balancing battery powered transport systems. Designed in the USA by Dean Kamen and launched in 2001 worldwide, Kamen’s dream was to create a personal transport system that would revolutionise urban personal transport in congested cities. These efficient little machines are also environmentally-friendly as they produce zero carbon emissions. They are used all around the world in many different environments from urban commuters to patrolling security forces and even on the golf course!
