The Nationwide African Cultural Development Circuit Project entails co-ordination and running of empowerment workshops for various arts and culture practitioners to be followed by a multi-cultural festival for various disciplines such as music, drama, poetry, dance and others. It will be hosted in association with the existing arts & culture forums with organisations like the MIDI Trust, SARA and AFPRO running workshops for local practitioners.

An Enterprise Village for local SMME's would be set up to display and sell their products or services. The initiative is mainly targeted at historically disadvantaged communities in peri-urban or rural areas. The project runs from March 11 to November 26 and the KwaZulu Natal African Cultural Festival is set for August 19 and 20.
