If your child is talented, Starsearch needs you to appear on its television programme for children to be broadcast on SABC1. There are two age groups (4 to 7 and 8 to 12) who will compete in the four categories of singing, dancing, drama and musical instruments

The children chosen from the various areas to perform will compete in Johannesburg against each other over the duration of 12 episodes. These will take place between June 11 and 14 but each child will only perform in one episode.

Auditions will be held on May 7 from 10h00 to 16h00 at the Berea West Primary School, Trent Place in Westville and on May 8 from 09h00 to 16h00 at the Durban Cultural and Documentation Centre, c/o Derby and Epson Street, Greyville. For details, phone Eben Otto on 309-7559.
