On May 28, an exhibition of art-wear (on and off the wall), will take place at MACS Art House, 173 Alexandra Road, Pietermaritzburg.

The MACS garden will be the venue for local bodies to show off the work of local artists. The format will be informal, giving everybody a chance for a close-up look at the works.

The garments will range from wearable to somewhat exotic to sculptural pieces which can either work on a wall or also be allowed to take on a different feel when interacting with the human form.

The event opens at 10h30 for 11h00. Entry R75 will include a buffet lunch (R60 students). Selected pieces will make up the June Exhibition at MACS Art House, opening on May 31. Bookings and enquiries on 033 386 2795.
