The Tibet Society of South Africa (TSSA) will host the visit of the Dalai Lama to Durban on December 5 and 6 when His Holiness will give a series of talks on The Three Principal Paths. Although the teachings are taken from Buddhist scriptures, they have universal application and will benefit all people.

The Tibet Society of South Africa (TSSA) is recognised by the Dalai Lama of Tibet, the Tibet Government- in- exile and by International Tibet and Human Rights Groups. It was formed by Renato Palmi in 1995 on July 6, the birthday of the Dalai Lama, after he had made extensive trips to Tibet and had met with the Dalai Lama and ministers of the Tibetan Government-in-exile.
