94.7 Highveld Stereo presenters Jeremy Mansfield and Darren Simpson and the Laugh Out Loud Sucker Squad are back with an all-new season of the hit comedy sketch show Laugh Out Loud starting on M-Net on August 16 at 20h00.

M-Net Security Guard Johann van der Walt (Alan Committee) is also back to dispense more sage advice on life, love, finance and pretty much anything else he can think of.

Head of M-Net Original Productions, Carl Fischer, says the show’s phenomenal performance last year meant that a second season was a foregone conclusion. “We’ve made some changes to the look and feel of the show, and tweaked some segments after getting feedback from viewers, and we’re confident that the second season of Laugh Out Loud will build on the success of season one,” he says.

Laugh Out Loud I regularly featured near the top of M-Net’s ratings, proving more popular than international shows like Joey, Two and a Half Men and Queer Eye For The Straight Guy, which all featured in the same time slot on M-Net.

Viewers can look forward to more hilarious hoaxes, celebrity suckers, and regular quirky celebrity interviews, in Darren’s own inimitable style. Keen fans of the show can be part of the studio audience at recordings in Linden, Johannesburg, by SMSing their name and city to 33693.
